CafeDelight was born from a simple dream: to create a haven where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingles with the warmth of community. Founded in 2010 by Amelia and James Sterling, two passionate foodies and coffee aficionados, our humble beginnings started with a small, cozy cafe nestled in the heart of Pleasantville, California. Amelia, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, brought her exceptional culinary skills to the table, crafting delectable pastries and light bites that perfectly complement our carefully selected coffee beans. James, with his background in business administration, focused on creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers.
From day one, our mission has been to provide not just coffee, but an experience. We believe that every cup should be a moment of delight, and every visit should leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. We are committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, supporting local farmers and suppliers whenever possible, and fostering a culture of genuine hospitality.
